Karan grew up in the US and moved to Canada where he graduated from Humber College in Hospitality Management. He worked at many restaurants around the GTA and in 2020 started Oh Bombay in Oakville with plans to open many franchise restaurants across Canada.
Balraj has been in the restaurant industry since he was 18 years old in India. He spent 20 years there working in small family restaurants and large hotel chains. He manages the food quality and kitchen process of the Oh Bombay brand.
